Aston Masrtin reveals the new 2012 Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster will production limited edition to 101 units. The Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster will begin at the end of 2012 and last nine months. Aston is apparently already taking orders from special clients. An unknown UK dealer has stated pricing (unconfirmed) of approximately £150,000.
The Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster has received modified front and rear suspensions as well as a revised luggage lid and rear spoiler. Other new design elements Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster include carbon fiber side strakes, carbon fiber mirror caps, rear lamp black outer trim with carbon fiber inner appliques, new design forged alloy wheels, black exhaust pipes and Aston Martin emblems with black background.
New interior features of Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster include lower center console glass switches (instead of black plastic) and carbon/black trim detailing. A Carbon Interior Pack takes it a step further with the addition of a carbon fiber center console fascia and carbon fiber gearshift base plate.
Engine specs, after the 420hp (426PS) Vantage V8 Roadster and its slightly more powerful 430hp (436PS) Vantage S Roadster sibling, Aston Martin has whipped up a new open-top edition of the series, this time based on the Aston Martin V12 Vantage that’s powered by a 5.9-liter twelve-cylinder engine producing 510hp (517PS) in the coupe.
